Close your eyes and absorbed the touching sentiment, well written arrangement, and intelligent lyrics (“sometimes it like some one took a knife/baby edgy and dull/ and cut a six inch valley throught the middle of my soul”). WOW! Just fantastic.
Now, open your eyes and witness what is maybe the worst music video ever. Not even “Ha! This is so bad it is good” bad. No, it is completely uninspired… what was that board room of execs thinking!

Breaking News!!!
Oh no! One of my favorite bands, Electrelane, just broke up! I’m crying! Right now! It’s sad too, because their last album was sort of sub par (though pretty much every music critic in the world seems to disagree with me). Anyway, cry with me as you watch this video of them covering the above Springsteen song live.
No kidding, Electrelane calling it quits is a Super-Tragedy. If I was dictator of the world I wouldn’t have let this happen.
